GC-9280型气相色谱仪采用彩色触摸屏控制，专业色谱仪UI操作界面设计，直观反映进样口、柱温箱、检测器的内部温度值和个检测器的数值，以及运行时间，具备一键降温功能，操作简单直观，使用方便；适用于金属硅与甲醇等原料合成及三氯氢硅与甲醇醇解制得的三甲氧基硅烷。

三甲基甲氧基硅烷TMSOME测定气相色谱仪原理 

在选定的工作条件下，使样品汽化后经GC-9280型气相色谱仪汽化室进入色谱柱得到分离，用氢火焰离子检测器，采用面积归一化法定量。

仪器 

普瑞GC-9280型气相色谱仪：配有分流装置及氢火焰离子检测器。

色谱工作站：PR-3000。

 微量注射器：1 μL 或 10 μL。

载气：氮气，体积分数大于 99.99％，经硅胶和分子筛净化。

燃气：PRH-300型氢气发生器，体积分数大于 99.99％，经硅胶和分子筛净化。

助燃气：PRK-2L型全自动空气发生器，经硅胶和分子筛净化。

取样 

采样用取样瓶应清洁干燥，取样时应尽量避免与空气接触，取样结束后应立即加盖密封保存。测定 

普瑞GC-9280型气相色谱仪色谱仪启动后达到设定的操作条件并稳定后，用微量进样器从取样瓶中抽取试样 3 次至 5 次后进样分析，以面积归一化法定量。
